If you live in Southern California and can make it to either the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa or the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds in Pomona for the Sugar Plum Festivals you can present this certificate for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate for merchandise at the fair.
